The Silverado Squatters by R. L. Stevenson, 1910 - Fine-Paper Edition
Fine-Paper Edition with a Frontispiece by Joseph D. Strong. Cream paper covered boards, in vellum style, with beautiful and intricate gilt design to both boards and spine, gilt lettering to the spine, marbled endpapers, top edge gilt and rough page edges. Clean and bright boards with sharp corners and a touch of rubbing to the spine as seen in photos, otherwise in remarkably good condition. Light foxing to endpapers and first few and last pages, age toning to tissue guard and browning to pages' edges, sometimes affecting the very edge of pages, but overall clean and fresh. Small repaired edge tear to fore edge of first page, not affecting text.
