'Young Victorians is the expected sequel to 'Their First Ten Years'. A few of those whose childhood was described in the earlier book reappear now, notably Queen Victoria and Lady Frederick Cavendish. We see Victorian youth at work and at play, at home and at school, in Scotland and England and on tour of the Continent. The only type lacking appears to be the conventionally imagined Victorian Miss'.
